While mommy was getting ready for church, I was in the kitchen getting the silver wear out. When she went into the kitchen I said, "Sadie made a mess". Later in the day I was moving my arms like I was swimming and kept saying, "swimming swimming".
For family home evening we made mother's day cards. I got in bed with mommy during the night. When I woke up in the morning, I woke mommy up asking her to give me five :). During the day, mommy asked me if I was stinky, and I said, "No I'm not stinky, poopy." I guess poopy is what she meant by stinky, but if you want a specific answer you need to ask a specific question.
These days I'm always saying, "What are you doing?", and have recently started to say, "I want something to eat". Mommy is very excited that I can now communicate my needs to her and that the guessing game is coming to an end. I also enjoy taking two pencils or something like that and tap them on something while saying, "drumming drumming". I wanted my princess dress on this morning and then wanted a princess movie on, I certain the two absolutely must go together. Mommy told me just a minute and after a minute was up, I said, "princess now mommy". In response, she told me "please" because I forgot to ask properly, so I said "please mommy". I got to go to the park. While I was being pushed on the swings and I kept saying, "this is great, this is awesome!"
This morning when mommy was changing me I said, "super duper".
I fell and scraped my knee and it took mommy a while to convince me that the band aid wasn't the awey, but that it was helping the awey get better. I finally stopped trying to get the bandaid off and left it alone. However, when I came in mommy's bedroom this morning to give her her morning wakeup call, the first thing I did was, sit on the floor, pull up my pant leg, and point to the band aid and say "awey". The next morning I got up and said, "Mommy all done awey." and then ripped off my band aid.
During church, I put my arms around mommy's neck and said, "I love you", over and over. Mommy cooked dinner for her family for Mother's Day dinner. Grandma Connie got mommy slippers for mother's day on my behalf and daddy got her a book on my behalf. It's nice to have people watching my back :).
I had a lot of fun for family home evening; I got to play in my wading pool and watched a movie!
This morning I went and got on mommy's bed, then I shook Milo's paw and said, "Nice to meet you." I have also been saying a lot, "wait me" (wait for me), "right now" (when I want something), "I hold it", "I'm stuck", "amazing", "perfect", "catch me", "there all fixed", "no problem", "help me", "I made it", "come here", "no swiping" (from Dora the explorer, "arriba" (from Dora), "woho" (from Dora), "I love Dora", "hold that me" (hold that for me), and "what doomin" (what are you doing). Wow, that was quit the list, it exhausting talking that much, and not just for mommy, lol. Sometimes in the morning I go into mommy's room and say, "up-sa-daisy" like she tells me after she change my diaper, or I'll tell her "wake up" or to "stand up".
I wanted mommy to put me on the counter in the kitchen and told her "help I'm stuck on the ground. Then she moved away from the counter and I said "help I'm stuck on the counter", so that she would get me down. I took a trip to Idaho Falls with mommy, the day we left, I started to say "stupendous", lol. We went to Yellowstone, it was nice. On our way there after we had been in the car for a while, I said, "Mommy my bummy hurts."
When mommy came down after putting her dress on for church I said, "You look pretty Mommy." She seemed to think that was pretty sweet of me!
We went boating with grandma and grandpa, it was so much fun! I had a good time at the wheel with grandpa. While we were driving down the road I let everyone know, "The boat is back there."
I went to visit daddy in Utah :).
The other day I started saying, "Just kidding." I also like to close my eyes and say, "Where is Sadie." As always, I'm picking up on the games they play with me :).
Just a note: I call grandma Connie, grammy. I call grandpa Bob, baba. I call grandma Jolene, nana. And I call grandpa Cal, papa. So from this point forward that is how they will be referred to
