I, like most mom's, find my daughter to be both unbearably adorable and entertaining. So I decided to start a blog completely dedicated to her quirky personality. This way we can share the love with anyone interested. Being Sadie's mom is the best thing that ever happened to me, so I hope you enjoy The Adventures of Little Miss Sadie Laree as much as I do!

November 2011

On our way home from mommy picking me up from my week with daddy, we stopped at a store and I picked out some boots. The next morning I said how much I liked my boots and that they were fabulous.  On our way home from grammy and grandpa's, I said that I needed more cute shoes. Mommy says that I'm definitely a girl.

Today when mommy told me that she loves me, I said, "But I've been not good." She told me that she loves me no matter what I do.

Mommy was crying and I went and got her a Kleenex and said that it was to wipe her tears.  I patted her on the back and said that it would be alright.  Then I turned on my radio and changed the station until I found a slow song and then said that I turned it onto a slow song because I know that mommy likes slow songs.  Mommy thinks I'm the sweetest girl in the whole world.

Grammy and mom took me to Puss in Boots, it was a lot of fun!

Today before preschool, I got to go to a birthday party for a girl in my class. It was so much fun!  After preschool, mommy and I decorated a jar for me to save my money in. It's so cute and says "Sadie's Money Jar" just like I asked mommy to put on it :).

When I was done with my lunch, I went to mom and said, "I have something to tell you, it's good news...I'm done with my milk."  I drank all my milk and wanted to let her know.   Later in the day I was singing, Can't Get You Off My Mind by Lenny Kravitz.

While we were at grammy's, I said that James was the boss of Karlie, but latter corrected that Karlie was the boss of James.  I said that Karlie was the boss of Parker, grandpa was the boss of grandma, and that mommy was the boss of everybody.

I wanted to call grammy to see if she was coming over and said that I call her to see if she was on her merry way.

I had a sleepover at grammy's and while grammy was trying to get her and Parker to sleep, Parker wasn't happy so she went to take him out and put him in his jumper. I said that I wasn't happy in there either and that I was in bed prison.

On our way back from mommy picking me up from my week with daddy, we stopped at uncle Clancy's and ate dinner.

While we were at grammy and grandpa's, mommy was asking everyone what her best quality was and I said that I love her a lot. Mommy wasn't sure that was a quality, but agreed to accept it :).

I helped mom clean the house to get ready for Thanksgiving.  Then mommy and I played a board game, it was so much fun.  I asked mom if I'd told her today how much I love her and then told her I love her lots and lots.

We had Thanksgiving at our house.  We were in the basement and mom was trying to make some birthday plans. Clancy asked if the web page had loaded yet and I said, "If you rush a miracle man, you get rotten miracles."  Mom is always quoting that to me from the movie Princess Bride when I is being impatient waiting for her to do something for me. Mom thought that was pretty funny to hear it out of me.  I also told uncle James that mom said he was a poop head, everyone laughed and then mom told me that I wasn't suppose to repeat that kind of stuff.

I helped mommy put up the Christmas tree and then went out for MDFF.

We celebrated mommy's birthday today.  Everyone came over for birthday cupcakes and presents.  Then we went out to lunch and to the movies.  We got to meet Clancy's girlfriend Randi.

After preschool, we were having lunch and mom asked me if she'd told me today how much she loves me. I said no.  So she said that I was the cutest, smartest, funniest girl she knows and that she love me lots and lots.  Then I said, "I deserve to be an American?"  She told me that I did.  While mom was napping, I went in and said that there was a spider in my room.  She told me to get her shoe and smash it.  So on my way to my room, I was singing to a tune, "I'm going to do something about it. I'm going to do something about it."

It's mommy's birthday today.  Mommy, grammy, aunt Treva, grandpa, and I all met up for lunch. After that mom and I watched a movie together.

On our way home from grammy's, I asked when we were going to finish decorating the living room with Christmas spirit. I also think the outside of the house could use some Christmas spirit.
